Ruby Installing Rails on Mac

I'm getting a Permission denied error while trying to install and execute Rails from the terminal.

Getting the following feedback from the Terminal

Successfully installed rails-5.0.0 ERROR: While executing gem ... (Errno::EACCES) Permission denied @ dir_s_mkdir - /usr/local/lib/ruby/gems/2.4.0/doc/activesupport-5.0.0

Are you installing with sudo? That might explain the 'Permission denied'.

If that isn't the case, could you send me the command you're using to install?
