I'm getting an error

here is my code:

override func touchesBegan(touches: Set<NSObject>, withEvent event: UIEvent) {
        let touch = touches.first as! UITouch
        let touchLocation = touch.locationInNode(self)
        sceneTouched(touchLocation)
    }

I am getting an error where I say "Set", and where "as!" is. Why is this?
