I'm getting an error, "Can't find stringcases." what does that mean?

why isn't the computer doing what i want?

stringcases.py 
def stringcases(string):
    newstring = reversed(string)
    revstring = revstring.join(newstring)
    return (string.upper(), string.lower(), string.title(), revstring)

I added one line of code and it passed

def stringcases(string):
    revstring = ""
    newstring = reversed(string)
    revstring = revstring.join(newstring)
    return (string.upper(), string.lower(), string.title(), revstring)
