I'm getting an error when I got to the gem install rails section of the video. How can I proceed?

Error installing rails:

Nokogiri requires Ruby version <2.3,>= 1.9.2

what does that mean?

The error is clearly telling that Nokogiri requires Ruby version < 2.3, >= 1.9.2. The Ruby version must be in between 1.9.2 and 2.3
