I'm getting an error when trying to setup my easy smtp. Debugging says "Extension missing: openssl" how can I fix this

I'm getting an error when trying to setup my easy smtp. Debugging says "Extension missing: openssl" how can I fix this? I know it has something to do with the host but I am still not sure how to fix
