I'm having a problem with completing the third task challenge on HTML forms creating a select menu

I'm having a problem with completing the third task challenge on HTML forms creating a select menu I made all the option elements and they submitted but when I make the optgroup element it says that task 2 is no longer passing

Hi, I haven't heard of the html tag </optgroup> delete </optgroup>
