im having a problem with my workspace

i want my facebook to appear on the page im creating on it , when i press the the twitter it takes to my right twitter , but when i press Facebook it takes me to a wrong person which isnt me so plz help me and tell the fix here are the images , my facebook is Alex Axel http://imgur.com/a/Dizmv

First, try linking to your profile in the comments here. I would also check your privacy settings as I can not find you when doing a search.
