I'm having an issue of getting my ajax form to work, i found a tutorial on treehouse's blog

I found this blog http://blog.teamtreehouse.com/create-ajax-contact-form, i followed the instructions and it doesn't seem to work. Below is a copy of the js file. I keep on getting a 405 error, plus it shows some html tags along with it on the site itself.
