I'm having issues making "mike" echo on the page. I believe I've done it correctly but it looks like something missing.

<?php $name = mike ?>

<?php echo $name; ?>

What am I missing?

Also you are missing the quotes around "Mike"

Thank you very much for your help, that did it. Thank you!

Maybe try putting the echo in the same php code block and see if that works. eg

<?php
$name = "Mike";
//put your echo statement here
?>

*You also need to make sure Mike is capitalized or it will not accept it.
