I am trying to update my profile picture, but all I did was delete my old one. I tried to follow the instructions, but it is not working. I'm on a PC.

If you just go on to your profile from the icon at the top and click edit profile, the button to select a new image (choose file is right at the top. Check reset photo to make the change. You'll be able to upload any image by using the file upload dialog box :)

The dialogue box i'm talking about is just a way to select and open a file just like you see on Windows explorer.
