I'm lost!!!!

Append the newParagraph element to the content DIV element.

app.js
const contentDiv = document.getElementById("content");
let newParagraph = document.createElement('p');
newParagraph.className = 'panel';
newParagraph.appendChild('div');
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>DOM Manipulation</title>
    </head>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
    <body>
        <div id="content">

        </div>
        <script src="app.js"></script>
    </body>
</html>

Almost. Just look to the succession. You give newPharagraph to contentDiv with appendChild.

contentDiv.appendChild(newPharagraph);
