I'm prompted to launch workspaces by the video, but I don't see a button to do so. Any ideas?

I'm using an iPad Pro. Is Workspaces not available on the iPad?

We disable Workspaces on mobile devices. It's not intended to work on an iPad. You might see a message like, “Bummer. Workspaces are not available on mobile devices”

I think it may be because Workspaces doesn't work on Safari browsers. An actual staff member would have to confirm that one though. So you can use Workspaces on your Ipad if you download the Chrome browser from the appstore and use that instead of safari.

Also TeamTreehouse has a free app on the appstore, though I am uncertain if it contains workspaces within it, because I haven't used said app.

I am using Chrom, not Safari. Should I open a ticket for someone on the tech side to troubleshoot, or where do we go from here?

I guess so, unless of course a Staff Member jumps in and offers better advice!
