How to use string methods?, the video is not that descriptive!

Simple take the string and paste this directly after it: .toUpperCase()

Example:

var myName = "John";

alert(myName);
//This will read: John

myName = myName.toUpperCase();
alert(myName);
//This will read: JOHN

See, you var 'id' holds a string here, a combination of numbers and letters, so what you need to do to 'capitalise' it, is to run toUpperCase method.
