I'm using my local computer with XAMMP, windows10 how can I use composer

I'm using XAMPP on windows10 I did all my work local which I keep everything in htdocs My problem is, when I follow the step of install composer.json by using comman line "composer init" it works. But I don't really know where my composer.json is I have no experience with command line before, so this is new for me. Please can anyone explain Thanks

I've just solved the problem via following this link http://webdevzoom.com/how-to-install-composer-on-windows/#using-composer. If anyone have the same problem, so I hope this might help
