688 PointsI'm using Total Manager instead of Cyber Duck...
Cyberduck has been getting terrible reviews in the last year, so I am using Total Manager instead. Nick uploads his files from Workspace into a "www" folder, but I don't have that option. I have tried loading my materials into all of the root folder options I have, but it says that either the fils are not valid, or I don't have permission to upload them. I used Namecheap and webhostingforstudents to get my domain, etc. I don't know if it matters, but I also don't get the same "Index/" page when I enter my domain, but instead it takes me to a default landing page advertising webhostingforstudents.

8,870 PointsI personally used Filezilla before starting this online service. I used Cyberduck for a short time and then quickly went back to Filezilla. Cyberduck did the same thing to me that you are seeing. It was irritating and I personally wouldnt recommend using it. I recommend FileZilla myself as I've used it for many years without having any complaints. Its 100% free too!

688 PointsIs there any risk of running an ftp versus an sftp? I'm not seeing how to change it to sftp in filezilla?
