I'm wondering if there will be Dart & Flutter track. I also would be happy to help & contribute.

Dart & Flutter are among the most interesting and promising technologies I've ever come across in software engineering.

If there was Treehouse content on them, I would definitely go through them recklessly. Other than that, I also have some experience in regard to these technologies, and would be happy to help with content creation, background research, assessments or else.
