I'm wondering why you wouldn't just create the shape you want to create in the first place?

Is "convert to shape" the second least used feature in Ai? If not, what context would you find yourself in need of it?

One for example, if you already made the design or images and wanted to change maybe rectangle into rounded rectangle, you can quickly change it or you want to make buttons with rectangle background or rounded one, you can do it easily... And it grows dynamically with the text, so it is kinda useful...
