Images effects with css in a http://www.piedpiper.com/

I want to know how to get the effects similar to http://www.piedpiper.com/ where you can see that while you scrroll down or up the image display different, or any kind of advise on how to do this.

The term is 'parallax scrolling' there are some jQuery libraries out there than can help you do this.
