Implementing MapView with Search functionality

I would like to implement the location hints as seen in the iOS Maps app. That is when a user starts typing an address, a listView of locations matching the search terms appears.

  • Do I need to use the MKLocalSearch class to achieve this functionality?
  • Are there any third party API's that I would need to use?
