After I make the installation changes from section 1 video 2, I get the following error:
InvalidTemplateLibrary at /admin/login/ Invalid template library specified. ImportError raised when trying to load 'rest_framework.templatetags.rest_framework': No module named 'django.urls'
I am running this from my computer.
