In php challenge #2- showing Mikes name

I am entering the following code to display Mikes name


<?php
$name = "Mike";
?>

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
   <body>
    <section class="sidebar text-center">
       <p><?php echo $name ?></p>
     </section>
   </body>
</html>

but the program keeps saying to check my work.....! What is wrong?

It just wants the echo within the first php code block. Ie:

<?php
$name = "Mike";
echo $name;
?>
