In suggest.php, why a div with two classes namely, section and page is used? I am little confused about this.

In suggest.php, why a div with two classes namely, section and page is used? I am little confused about this. I tried exploring external stylesheet, but could not get something.

look in css/style.css and search for .section.page and you will see the styles that are applied when both classes are added to a <div>
