In the #logo part, so there's no need to put <div> anymore like the one we did for the section?

I'm a little confused when to use <div> and when not needed when creating an id?

if you use div as a selector, you are selecting all divs on the page, whereas giving an element an id and selecting that only styles that id and nothing else.
