In this video, what does Hampton mean by restful routing?

RESTful routing refers to using REprestentational State Transfer routing. It's a method of developing better architecture. I find it a little hard to explain but it's a way for you to cut down on relying heavily on the URL alone and incorporate different actions(GET, DELETE, PUT, POST etc) in order to get better and more succinct development.
