In Work Space Colors Don't Pop Up When I Hover Over Color

In the videos, the instructor says that if you hover over the color like #3D475F or blue that you should have a little window appear above it that shows you a preview of that color, but nothing happens when I hover over the color. I'm using internet explorer. Maybe that's why I can't see it?

Hi Cassie,

I would imagine so yes, I work on windows to but for all development my browser is Chrome. It will be worth your while downloading for the better dev tools and inspector in the future :)

Hey Cassie,

As far as I know, this feature will not work in Firefox. So, as Craig Watson suggests, Chrome is probably the best for developers, and it's easier to follow along with some of the teachers' tricks, as they all use Chrome in their lessons.
