5,360 PointsIncomplete tracks when using multiple browser windows
Hi. I have just moved off of my 27 inch desktop to a 13 inch laptop. So in order to minimize alt tabbing, I use two browser windows. One browser window is used to play the video on an attached larger screen; all the while typing along in my IDE or workspaces on the 13 inch. I take the quizzes on the other browser window on the 13 inch. What I notice is that my track says I haven't been completing the videos even after watching them on the larger monitor. It only says I complete the things I have done on the laptop itself. This problem persists after logout of TTH and closing the browser.
Any suggestions that don't include single screens or single browser windows?
EDIT: I have restarted and watched the video all the way through two more times but it will not show completed in the track... Maybe I need to not use Safari?

6,612 PointsHey, I have the same problem. My videos will not complete on desktop.. :-( Hopefully there is a solution for this.
