Independently changing markers

I am doing a complete redesign of a buddy's website for his restaurant. He has a 'brick and mortar' location as well as a mobile food truck. I want to have the location of the store to be one icon and the marker for the mobile to be another icon, maybe a van or truck.

The only other issue I foresee is pulling the address of where his truck will be dynamically either form his 'check-ins' on his facebook page or some sort of admin-handled thing on his site.

I confirmed with Andrew Chalkley that its possible to independently change markers, though currently I'm not seeing it.

Any guidance in to tackling these two beasts are greatly appreciated.
