HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Create Radio Buttons

Input screen on tests keeps locking up. Even after refreshing several times.

I'll get through one or two parts of a test and then the screen will not allow me to click to enter a new line of code. I lose everything I've done when I refresh.

I have the same issue when I scroll down the page. Try to not use scrolling and see how it goes
