Android Build a Simple Android App (retired 2014) Shaking Things Up The Activity Lifecycle

Inside the 'onCreate()' method of MainActivity, add a line of code to execute the 'onCreate()' method of the parent, or

what to do in this part please help ......i cant understand what the question means???

It's looking for something like this.

public class MainActivity extends Activity {
    public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        // your line goes here
    }
}

MainActivity is inheriting from Activity so the question wants you to call super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);. That will run Activity's onCreate() code before carrying on with the rest of MainActivity's code.
