Installing Bourbon with Ruby

I am using cygwin (Linux emulator on windows) and I can download Bourbon just fine but when I try using Bourbon install I get an error message saying: sh: bourbon: command not found. I see Bourbon on my list of Gems when I use gems list command. Help getting this installed to use?

In case anyone else gets stuck with this it was an issue with my path. Ended up needing to add Users/Brigette/Coding/Home/Bin to the path.
