Installing Sass (Where is the .css file)

I've gotten Sass installed and it works. In the video, he pulls up another window that's a .css file (the one that auto-updates after saving with --watch). Where is this file? He pulled it from somewhere offscreen and I don't see it anywhere on my desktop or in the file where I've saved the .scss file.

Disregard. Found it in the file where my .scss file was stored. The icon is just strange (a gear icon).
