instancetype vs id

Just wanted to say that the return type instancetype should be used instead of id. Apple created instancetype specifically for this purpose, and says in their documentation, "Using instancetype instead of id in appropriate places improves type safety in your Objective-C code."

As a clarification, instancetype should be used as the return type for all methods that return an instance of a class.
