Instructions for Code Challenge

What are the rules for the code challenge? I might have a browser issue (Foxfire), but there are no instructions and I am not sure what to do. I want to skip it because I follow along, but not if that hurts me getting badge credit.

Can you clarify what code challenge or add a link to it? And you can't get the badge unless you do everything it contains.

Edit: You have to do all the quizzes and code challenges, you don't have to watch the videos.

Here is the link: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/add-social-media-links . That's what I am concerned with, I understood if I kept passing up the code challenges I wouldn't get complete credit. As for the videos...I need all the help I can get. I am green as grass..lol

I really don't understand what they expect me to do. I don't see any instructions or objectives when it is time to do them. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help.

There are 2 objectives, I posted the instructions for the first one in case you can "check work".

Inside the <footer> element, add the images facebook-wrap.png and twitter-wrap.png from inside the img folder. Be sure to include an appropriate alternate attribute for each. Don’t link them yet.

I don't know HTML yet so if you copy and and paste the code you use to pass the first part I could stick it in the code challenge and post the instructions for the second objective, meanwhile you might want to contact treehouse support.

Thanks for your help. I'm just uncertain because there are no instructions and no "Check Answer" button on the code challenges. Even my Contact Treehouse button doesn't work. I probably shouldn't be doing this at work anyway...lol but it is addictive. I really want to learn this stuff!

I would say e-mail help@teamtreehouse.com.

Cool. Thanks.

Caleb,

It was an issue with my work computer I used earlier today. I say an issue with my work computer because I can see the instructions just fine on all my computers at home using the same browser. Thanks for your help.

I'm glad you got it! Happy coding!
