Interactive video player-Adjusting video player and making it responsive at the media point

Anyone can point me in the right direction? I have tried in css but my guess is that I am not targeting the right selectors. I can use Javascript objects to get it a certain way but then not sure how to change it at the break point. Thank you in advance.
