7,617 PointsInternal Server Error -- My website is working on desktop but not on iPhone. Whats up?
The website is http://www.jesteredtheater.org/
It works great on my computer but when I try visit it on my iphone I am getting a page that says:
Internal Server Error
Has anyone had a similar problem? How do we fix it?
Clayton Tevebaugh
7,617 PointsI designed the site to be responsive to screen sizes but that is it. So no difference in the files used between desktop and mobile. Maybe it is something to do with my hosting service.

4,597 PointsI definitely think it's related to how your webserver is handling the request. You might want to check with the host if it's not something you manage yourself. I'm not the best on server management but a 500 error is usually the server doesn't know how to serve the page or is trying to serve something that does not exist. There should be logs on the server to help figure out why it's failing. Best of luck!

28,149 PointsServer logs should give some insight into what is happening. Also same results. Good on desktop, 500 error on iphone 6

7,617 PointsAny idea for fixes?
Kevin Korte
28,149 PointsThere is too many variables here to offer any advice. If you don't have access to your server's logs, than have your host help you. Logs should show exactly what the server is trying to do when it fails. With that information, you should be able to work out a fix.
I've never experienced this so I don't know. Sorry.

7,617 PointsHey Kevin, Thank you for the advice of talking to my host. They deleted a file on their side that was causing the problem and it started working. My layout is now having issues on my iPhone but its something I can fix now I can see it.

4,597 PointsAre you serving the page differently for mobile devices? I confirmed the same behavior on my desktop (works) and my android phone(internal server error).
