International domains through GoDaddy?

I know hosting sites will vary by country, but what about the domain registrars? Is GoDaddy good for any country (I'm based in SIngapore)?

Pretty sure Godaddy is available in most countries. If you want WHOIS privacy, GoDaddy gets relatively expensive. I use Namesilo, which provides free WHOIS privacy. You can get a dollar off your order at Namesilo by using the coupon code "adam" (without the quotes).

What is WHOIS privacy?

WHOIS Privacy is a service which can be added to your domain name. When a domain name is registered, your personal information is attached to the domain name and is visible to the public. The WHOIS Privacy service updates your domain name with generic information, protecting your identity. Parties wishing to contact you may do so through an intermediary address at www.contactprivacy.com. Your personal information will never be made available.

Worth noting it's not available on all TLDs (top level domains). I have a .es that the Spain NIC doesn't allow to be registered with privacy.

Thank you, gentlemen!
