what is file that we are supposed to download at the end of the video? can use somebody explain me to use property files on css?

Are you referring to the project file? If so, its located to the right of the video. I don't recall downloading any files at the end of the video. All project files are located to the right of every video.

There are generally a series of teachers notes under the exercise, these can include further explanation or tools the expand what is taught in the videos. I am with Mike though, I don't remember being asked to download any files.
