invalid configuration of ruby21-x64

I am unsure what to do after ruby dk.rb install Invalid configuration or no Rubies listed. Please fix 'config.yml' operable program or batch file.

I am working with Ruby21-x64

Please try installing 32-bit version, 64-bit is buggy. And don't use Windows in the long run:
