Courses Plus Student 6,844 PointsZach Watt, a .crdownload file is an incomplete download in Chrome. The project zip file downloads fine for me, but it is quite large and could fail or timeout if your internet connection lags.

Courses Plus Student 6,844 PointsThe Zip file standard works across all operating systems. Either your download was bad or you may need to add software to your computer. There are many free products that support extracting zip files.

898 PointsHi John. I have put in a ticket to the support desk but its still not been fixed.
I tried saving it from chrome, firefox and IE - they all download as a .crdownload file and not extractable as a zip file.
