Should you be hasty, however, you could begin with "Making a simple iPhone App" Course since it utilizes minimum programming concepts and their is little code.

If you're entirely brand new to programming, you might want to try taking one of the fundamentals classes - there's an older 'intro to programming' (javascript) class that's great at breaking down fundamental concepts.
