iOS app for web site on Wix.com

HI! ✌? As a training skill, I decided to create an application for the site created in the wix constructor. But I ran into a problem... I do not understand how to use them API and is it even possible? ? Somewhere on the Wix.com support forum was information that such an application can not be done. But Wix.com offer to use the services of their partners to create such applications. From which I conclude that it is possible. But how? I will be glad to any information ?
