iOS App that features Other's Content

Question about the legal issues of content ownership. My idea is to create an app that uses other's content as its main content. Is it legal to charge for this app when all I am doing is syndicating video content produced by others?

Very tricky question, Tom. Depends on a ton of variables. Users uploading content to your app is one thing. Just using other content from the web is something else entirely. I'd definitely recommend talking to a lawyer experienced in copyright and business law.
