So I want to create some sort of questionnaire application which can store user answers and generate some results. For example:

What type of food are you into:

-Italian Food

  • American Food

  • Portuguese Food

  • Chinese Food

After the user selects one or more options, it will generate a list of restaurants which are related to the users choices.

What would I need to do in order to do something like this? I'm aiming to make the questionnaire about 5 pages and at the end of the fifth page, i would like to have like a finish or search button.

Thanks guys!

What Alan said! :) You'll specifically want to look at your options for storing the quiz and restaurant data in a manner that you can pull into your app. A simple array or dictionary might be a good way to start, or if you need more complex data storage then you could look into things like Core Data (covered in iOS Foundations).

Great question! Are you asking what you'd need to learn to build such an app?

Thats correct!

Thanks for the reply. I was starting to get worried that no one would get back to me :l

I'd recommend checking out our Learning Adventure on building iPhone apps:
