IOS Delegation Problem!!

i'm now studying the IOS development for now, but i'm not quite good at using delegations...... for example, i have two view controllers, controller1, controller2. Controller1 is a TableViewController with Dynamic cells, Controller2 is a normal ViewController, after i click on any cells of the controller1, it will segue to controller2 in which allows me to edit the information of that certain cell....but i couldn't update the controller1 after finished the editing on controller2...i heard a lot about using delegate to achieve this.....but i dont know how to do it....anyone could help me ?
