iOS development / Page-based app & Adobe DPS

Hi!

Even though I am only just getting started on the iOS Development with Swift 2.0 track, I just wanted to get in touch with a quick question on the course, and hoping to gather some advice. Whilst going forward I’m keen to learn more and more about iOS app development, my initial short-term goal is to create a page-based application similar to those created by Adobe DPS (http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/digital-publishing-solution.html). I just wanted to ask your opinions… if I complete the iOS Development with Swift 2.0 track, will this cover the knowledge I will need to create such an app? Or am I better off learning for this specific goal (a page-based application) via other means, another track or by using a different approach altogether?

I have experience creating such apps using DPS (for example https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/thinkingworks/id874897364?mt=8) but I’m keen to learn in more detail and use the xCode approach in order to have greater control.

Thanks again. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Best Regards

Paul
