IOS emulator for windows or browser or cheap way to test Iphone apps without having an Iphone

Hi guys,

I am doing Android development at the moment and I own only Android phones. Is there a way for me to see and use Iphone apps without having an Iphone? Browser based or software maybe?

And if not what is the cheapest Iphone i need to buy to be able to use the newest Ios apps? I just want to look at Iphone apps. Don't need it as a phone.
