iOS screen size please help its annoying can't do anything

It didn't work. I had this working but it goes off sometimes .

  1. open xcode
  2. Main storyboard selected
  3. open the File Inspector
  4. uncheck 'use size classes'>Disable size classes

its still the same . But i figured it now . I had to disable the class and i had to disable auto layout and activate it again. Thank you for your help .
