I know there is a gyroscope and accelerometer you can use for your code in every iOS device, but is there a tool you can use to track the position of the phone?

Do you mean track position as in location? - GPS - CLLocationManager()

Or do you mean orientation? - UIDevice.currentDevice().orientation
