I got this question in a quiz for "Customizing a button": Qn : Which text property of a button can be used with an image property?

Ans: Background and Title.

Can someone please explain

That means that the two properties of a button can be used together. Specifically, it means you can use a custom image as the background of a button and also set the label of the button using the 'Title' property. The other option, 'Image' and 'Title' will not work together because they occupy the same "main" space of the button. (Title sits on top of the background.)
