Is 6 steps a day a ok?

I am planning on taking a course but I wonder what is a good amount of steps per day. I was thinking 6 like 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening but idk. What do you think?

If that is your preferred unit of measure , 6 should do.

However, you might want to consider a different approach, such as:

  • Concept/concepts per day.

One new concept per day should do wonders in the long run. If the concept is somewhat difficult, break it into smaller chunks.

Thanks for the advice Gabriel, much appreciated.

I agree with Gabriel here, It's more important to KNOW what you are doing and be able to do it own your own then it is just go through the course.

Got it, thanks a lot! :D
